Sunrise Children s Hospital in Las Vegas NV is seeking a dedicated full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our rapidly growing state-of-the-art 30-bed pediatric emergency department alongside a team of Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians offering a dynamic and supportive environment with robust subspecialty coverage and excellent resident and fellow teaching opportunities.
Job Description:
Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy 30-bed pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55000 patients annually
Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians hospitalists and subspecialty teams
Participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care
Contribute to teaching and mentorship of pediatric emergency medicine and family practice residents as well as Pediatric ER fellows
Work full-time covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month
Utilize full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency and patient care quality
Engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU CVICU and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions

This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
