Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Build lead and mentor a team of Training Managers Assistant Managers and Trainers

    • Ensure high-quality training delivery and a consistent learner experience across all functions

  • Training Strategy & Execution:

    • Design and implement effective training strategies aligned with business goals

    • Manage and execute training interventions for new hires and existing employees

    • Monitor training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with operations quality and business leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful training programs

    • Act as a change agent to drive training-related transformation and compliance initiatives

  • Innovation & Content Management:

    • Lead content development and instructional design using modern tools and technology

    • Champion innovative training practices to maintain competitive advantage

  • Training Governance & ROI:

    • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory training standards

    • Measure and communicate the Return on Investment (ROI) from learning initiatives

    • Support value realization for the business through enhanced employee capability

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:

    • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Training function with a deep understanding of end-to-end training operations

    • Domain expertise in P&C Insurance especially in Claims Sales or Customer Service Preferred

    • Experience in training automation and digital learning solutions

    • Exposure to Skills Training and Voice & Accent (V&A) Training An added advantage

  • Technical & Professional Skills:

    • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)

    • Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Agile methodologies

    • Demonstrates a digital mindset with the ability to leverage new technologies in training

  • Soft Skills & Traits:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    • Strong time management stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities

    • Proven ability to manage through ambiguity changing priorities and complex environments
