Job Description
IT Administrator Cleaning & Facilities Management Sector
Location:Newcastle Upon Tyne Part-time Permanent
Salary:15.50p/h (25hours minimum)

The Role
Youll be the tech backbone of our operation maintaining and improving the digital systems that keep our teams moving. From refining clock-in apps to implementing smarter software solutions youll play a key role in streamlining our infrastructure to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain troubleshoot and improve internal systems and processes
Manage and optimiseGoogle Workspace (formerly G Suite)for the business
Write and runbasic SQL queriesto support reporting and data tasks
Research and implementemployee time-tracking apps(clock-in/out systems)
Evaluate and recommendsoftware solutions including AI tools to support business growth
Explore opportunities to integrateAI solutionsto increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Liaise with departments to understand tech needs and deliver user-friendly solutions
About You
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge ofGoogle Workspace administration
Comfortable withbasic SQLfor data extraction and manipulation
Working knowledge ofAI tools and platforms(e.g. ChatGPT Copilot automated assistants)
Proactive inresearching emerging technologiesthat improve efficiency
Great communication skillsyoull be working with both techies and non-techies
Experience in a service-driven or field-based industry is a plus
