Job Description
We are looking for a Solar & Electrical Administrator!

Salary: 23809.50 annually PLUS potential bonus incentives
Location: Phoenix Way Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
About this role:
In the role as Solar & Electrical Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Solar Department within their daily operations. You will be a point of contact for our solar installers over the phone tasked with entering and analysing data as well as offering updates on projects and ensuring all of our installers are fully equipped to carry out their duties.
Responsibilities:
- Display the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Possess a willingness to learn and readily absorb new information
- Show excellent attention to detail
- Possess strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate I.T systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment embracing challenges and maintaining productivity
- Be able to input accurate data into multiple spreadsheets Excel Google Sheets etc
- Possess excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is beneficial
- Effective communication
- A keen eye for detail
