Job Description

Design and implement individualized and group instruction aligned to students IEP goals focused on functional academics communication social skills and daily living skillsProvide a structured predictable and positive classroom environment to support student learning and behavioral needsCollaborate with related service providers (OT PT Speech BCBA) general education teachers paraprofessionals and families to support student progressMonitor IEPs complete progress reports and participate in team meetingsSupervise and support paraprofessionals assigned to the programAdminister MCAS Alt RequirementsGrading for Students is based on pass/failUtilize assistive technology and other accommodations to support student access and communicationMaintain accurate records and data collection to monitor progress and inform instruction
