Exhibition & Public Art Coordinator

Permanent Full Time

Maryborough

Stream A Level 4 - $86795 plus superannuation

  • 9-day fortnight

What your day will look like:

  • Work collaboratively with artists community groups and partners to support creative engagement and development.
  • Support the planning coordination and delivery of public art projects that enrich community spaces and celebrate local stories.
  • Manage exhibition logistics such as contracts installation plans artwork handling freight and condition reporting.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation and deinstallation of exhibitions ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with WHS standards. This includes training rostering and supervising installation staff and/or volunteers.
  • Ensure the care safety accurate documentation and professional presentation of artworks in line with gallery standards.
