About the Role
Join our team as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional support to clients via phone email and chat. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who want a stable weekday schedule without weekend shifts.
You will handle inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfactionall from the comfort of your home. Full training is provided before you start.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: 1400 gross/month
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00
- Work From Home anywhere in Greece
- Full Training Provided
Your Profile
- Native or C2 level German (mandatory)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Based in Greece
