Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Salary: 47350 - 54122 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday)

The Role
We are seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the Therapy team at our clients adult day service. This is an exciting opportunity to support a caseload of adults with complex speech language communication and dysphagia needs while also supervising a small team of Speech and Language Therapists. As part of the team you will:
Deliver specialist interventions such as AAC Intensive Interaction and Sensory Programmes.
Support service users and their families with tailored high-quality care.
Lead and supervise a small team ensuring best practice and service development to meet evolving needs.
We are looking for a qualified HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with individuals with complex needs and their families.
Candidates specialised in dysphagia are highly desirable.
