Role: Marketing Analytics & Reporting Specialist
Duration: Part Time 20 hours / week
Location: Remote (Philly Somerville NJ or St Petersburg FL)
About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our growing marketing this role you will leverage advanced tools and methodologies to collect analyze and visualize data across digital marketing channels. Youll play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across campaigns SEO user behavior and conversion optimization.
- A marketing data specialist with strong SQL/Python skills to extract clean and analyze large datasets across CRM web and advertising platforms turning insights into reports and dashboards (Power BI Tableau Looker).
- An analytics professional experienced in SEO/site audits user behavior tracking (HotJar etc.) and CRO/UX insights to drive optimization across digital channels.
- A communicator who can translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations automate reporting and deliver performance summaries forecasts and ROI analysis for marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI Tableau or Looker to track KPIs across marketing campaigns.
- Use SQL and Python to extract clean and analyze large data sets from multiple sources (CRM website advertising platforms etc.).
- Perform SEO and site health audits using tools like Screaming Frog and ZipTie identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor user behavior through tools like HotJar to derive UX/CRO insights and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify measurement needs and implement tracking solutions.
- Build and maintain LookML models and explore layers for scalable self-service reporting in Looker.
- Deliver regular performance summaries forecasting models and ROI analyses to marketing stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to streamline delivery and ensure data consistency.
- Translate complex data findings into clear visual presentations and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics business intelligence or data reporting roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker (LookML experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of web analytics and SEO tools including Screaming Frog ZipTie Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with behavioral analysis tools like HotJar or similar (e.g. Crazy Egg FullStory).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels attribution models and digital campaign tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRO tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (BigQuery Snowflake Redshift).
- Certification in Google Analytics Looker or Power BI.
