Contract & Hours: Permanent Term Time Only - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: 43560 - 49789 per annum (equated salary adjustment may apply)

The college offers individualised programmes to develop communication independence and employability skills supporting successful transitions into adulthood.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Therapy team at our clients college. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to delivering best practice and driving service development to meet the evolving needs of students. As a key member of the team you will:
Support young adults with learning and physical disabilities to develop greater independence in their daily lives.
Utilise expertise in areas such as postural management specialist equipment sensory profiling or sensory assessments.
Contribute to a vibrant team-oriented environment focused on delivering individualised high-quality support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs and a passion for teamwork innovation and improving outcomes for young people.
