Your Role:
As a Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the main point of contact for our valued Czech-speaking customers. Your key responsibility will be to provide outstanding support and assistance ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience that reflects our dedication to high-quality service. Youll manage a variety of customer inquiries from product details and order processing to general support and issue resolution.
This on-site role requires your full presence in our modern Sofia office facilities. Were looking for enthusiastic empathetic individuals who naturally connect with people. While previous customer service or call center experience is a plus its not required. We believe in nurturing talent and offer comprehensive training to give you all the skills you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls emails and potentially live chat inquiries from Czech-speaking customers with professionalism ensuring high satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively identify diagnose and resolve customer concerns and questions about our products and services.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and service offerings to accurately assist customers.
- Information Provision: Clearly and concisely share product details usage instructions troubleshooting steps and other relevant information with customers.
- Documentation: Precisely log and document all customer interactions inquiries and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for comprehensive records.
- Feedback & Improvement: Proactively spot common customer issues or trends and offer valuable feedback to the team and management to help improve our services.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and data protection regulations in all customer interactions ensuring secure and compliant service.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent Czech (Written and Spoken): Essential for clear and natural communication of complex information.
- Proficient English (B2 Level or Higher): A must-have for operating within our international team where English is used for internal communication and training.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a strong focus on active listening and empathetic engagement.
