Position Summary
We are seeking an MRO Facility Manager to support our maintenance and repair operations for aviation safety equipment. Candidates should have at least three years of Aerospace/Aviation Facility Management experience or related maintenance and repair industry experience. Our Facility Manager will be dedicated to the safety of team members ensures compliance with all FAA EASA and customer and company requirements with delivery of products to customers on time. Our Facility Manager will be self-motivated entrepreneurial and driven to succeed.

- Experience may be accepted instead of education.

- Ability to communicate at all levels internally and external to the company.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Must-have qualifications:
- Aerospace/aviation experience.
- Minimum three years experience supervising and leading an aircraft products/component maintenance facility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic math: addition subtraction multiplication division (including fractions and decimals).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents maintenance manuals and schematics.
- Must be able to lift 50100 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending kneeling and pulling.
- Good eyesight including color vision and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
- Works well in team-based environments.
- Valid drivers license.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education criminal and work history verifications.
