Job Description
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in product management or project coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and converting them into clear actionable tasks.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Convert business requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
- Manage and update project boards tracking progress and task ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design development QA) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning for smooth execution.
- Communicate project updates risks and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.
