Duties and Responsibilities | Business Development: Perform research and identify new potential partners and new market opportunities for extending No Cost EMI. Understand sales process at partner side to enable greater conversion & proposition creation Devise business plan for extending No Cost EMI across all the segments of Ecommerce Business Design innovative promotions with E-commerce marketplace and ensure visibility of BFL No Cost EMI Finance schemes in their print media ads. Negotiate and close agreements with merchants Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with partners needs Sales Management: Engage with Ecommerce merchants to build and strengthen relationship to deliver the top line & bottom line deliverables Maximize revenue generation from these players. Drive EMI card and existing customer volumes at E-commerce marketplace players.
Relationship Management: Engage with Ecommerce partners to build and strengthen relationship Devise business plan for Ecommerce partners. Create customer pull for BFL EMI schemes through various mediums Build processes to ensure on time service delivery to partners. Ensure timely reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of E-commerce partners are timely addressed Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners Identify revenue leakages in system and build processes to prevent revenue loss |
Required Qualifications and Experience | MBA from premier institute with 5 to 6 years of experience with 1-2 years working experience in one of the top 3 E-commerce marketplace/financial institution/Consumer Durable players in the country. Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key business partners Strong account management skills Enthusiastic hardworking with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment yet focus on details Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously Strong Customer service orientation Strong inter personal skills and high persistency levels with a Go getter attitude |
