As Digital Commerce Coordinator APAC at our Tokyo Office you will

Assist with product presentation and site administration of and any local channels for APAC markets including Australia Japan and Korea etc. based on local delivery schedules.

Handle all online activities across APAC markets under the scope of Digital Merchandising function and responsibilities.

Work together with the Digital Merchandising and Site Development teams based in Stockholm to secure that the right assortment is presented at the right place and at the right time in a way that entice customers to purchase while representing and communicating the brand online for the APAC markets.

Support Head of Online Greater China and APAC in ad-hoc projects as per business needs and regional expansion plan

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Site administration

Assist with product activation category management and visual merchandising of APAC sites including Australia Japan and Korea Singapore Taiwan etc.

Assist with site administration such as product recommendations color refinement site search data etc.

Support Global Digital Merchandising team with seasonal sale and seasonal online pop-up shops () by setting up promotions and campaigns in Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc. for APAC markets

Assist with creating briefs for local edits of pushes and campaigns around local moments and follow up on execution and performance.

Follow up on site copies translations and proofreading on Japanese and Korean sites.

Secure link purchases for Customer Service team at Tokyo office.

Email Marketing & Commercial Communication

Assist Global Digital Merchandising team with content planning for commercial communication and execution of send outs on local channels e.g. email newsletter SMS Kakao LINE pushes etc.

Suggest content for local Performance Marketing campaigns.

Sales follow up & Reporting

Assist with the follow-up and reporting of channel KPIs and Digital Commerce sales in APAC markets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Follow up on local communication KPIs

Create ad hoc sales reports and analyses based on local activities and edits

Other

Assist with A/B-testing and other experimentation to find best practice within Digital Merchandising for example with Visual Merchandising. Set up and follow up on tests. Suggest areas of experimentation and assist with formulating hypotheses.

Responsible for performing regular quality controls of APAC sites securing visual appearance merchandising functionality and local language translations

Report bugs into JIRA when encountered

Support in ad-hoc Digital Commmerce projects for APAC markets

You will report to Head of Online Greater China and APAC.

Specific personal qualities for this role:

-Good analytical and numerical skills organisational and administrative skills attention to detail and ability to multitask.

-Highly motivated action-oriented but also a team player.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

-Degree in business administration marketing or similar

-At least 2 years of documented work experience within e-commerce ideal with luxury industry.

-Experience in using Salesforece Commerce Cloud and/or Google Analytics will be preferred

-Basic knowledge of SEO

-Strong working knowledge of Excel

-Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Japanese and Korean.
