Finance Manager Mercedes-Benz of Rochester

Responsibilities:
- Help customers arrange financing and present additional products that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
- Stay fully proficient with title laws and registration processes.
- Maintain all required certifications for the position.
- Desk deals submit to lenders for approval make credit decisions and effectively close deals.
- Ensure full compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Prepare paperwork contracts and deliver finalized deals.
- Audit post-sale deals for accuracy.
- Ensure prompt funding of all contracts.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous dealership finance and insurance experience required.
- Luxury dealership experience preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
