Le Gestionnaire de Comptes Distance (GCR)est responsable de la communication avec les clients vtrinaires afin dinitier et de maintenir des relations de vente ainsi que de promouvoir positionner et vendre la gamme de produits et services pour animaux de compagnie afin de rpondre et dpasser les besoins des clients.
Le GCR est galement responsable datteindre les objectifs annuels de ventes et daffaires conformment au plan daffaires tabli pour le territoire et la rgion respective. Pour optimiser limpact de nos interactions le GCR doit aussi dvelopper une relation efficace avec tous les gestionnaires de comptes de lEst et collaborer troitement sur les comptes partags.
Le GCR doit comprendre les besoins des clients et communiquer des informations prcises et compltes sur les produits ainsi que le soutien appropri par le biais de communications cibles et la coordination des activits dappels avec lquipe rgionale dans le but daugmenter les ventes et la pntration du march. Des mthodes stratgiques et innovantes de communication et de dveloppement des relations sont encourages afin de renforcer davantage les partenariats avec les cliniques.
Une autre responsabilit du GCR est dinteragir avec les contacts des comptes cls lors de diverses initiatives marketing. Cela inclut la collecte dadresses courriel uniques et de marque par territoire adaptes au modle OCS ainsi que la livraison et le suivi en temps opportun auprs des comptes participants. La dfinition du prochain meilleur vnement dans le cadre de ces initiatives implique un partenariat stratgique entre le GCR et le gestionnaire de comptes terrain. Les activits du GCR comprennent galement la tenue de webinaires la participation des formations sur les produits et les ventes ainsi que la prsence des confrences et congrs.
Le GCR optimise le potentiel daffaires dans le territoire grce une collaboration efficace lanalyse la planification la mise en uvre et lorganisation du travail. Dautres tches incluent la gestion des donnes territoriales via le CRM et tous les autres outils pertinents de gestion de territoire. Des tches administratives supplmentaires comprennent sans sy limiter: lenregistrement quotidien des appels avec les comptes la gestion des dpenses et les demandes dexpdition des clients. La performance est mesure selon le succs dans le territoire et la rgion en fonction du plan ainsi que des promotions cibles et dautres normes de performance conformes aux objectifs oprationnels.

Qualifications:
Diplme de baccalaurat diplme en sciencesest prfrable; un diplme de technicien vtrinaire est acceptable
Exprience en vente pharmaceutique ou dans lindustrie de la sant animale un atout.
Exprience en pratique vtrinaire pour petits animaux un atout.
Bonne comprhension de lindustrie de la sant animale et du fonctionnement des cliniques vtrinaires est un atout.
Matrise des technologies de bureau et des logiciels associs.
Excellentes comptences en communication orale.
laise avec les nouvelles technologies.
Comptences en ngociation.
Langues: Franais crit et parl. Langlais est un atout pour les relations daffaires avec des intervenants nationaux.

Location: Remotely based in the province of Quebec or Ottawa Ontario
Contract: 14-month Maternity Leave Replacement
The Remote Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for communicating with veterinary customers to initiate and sustain sales relationships and promote position and sell the companion animal line of products and services to meet and exceed customers needs.
The RAM is also responsible for achieving the annual sales and business objectives within the established business plan for the territory and respective region. To optimize the impact of our interactions RAM must also develop an effective relationship with all Eastern account managers and work closely on shared accounts.
The RAM is responsible for understanding the customer needs and communicating accurate and complete product information and support through targeted communications and coordination of call activities with the regional team towards the goal of increasing sales and market penetration. Strategic and innovative methods of communication and relationship building is encouraged to further strengthen clinic partnerships.
An additional responsibility of the RAM is to engage with Key Account contacts during various marketing initiatives. This includes capturing unique branded emails per territory that are adapted to the OCS model and delivering/following up in a timely manner to participating accounts. Defining the next-best-event within these initiatives involves strategic partnership between the RAM and field Account Manager. The activities of the RAM also include conducting webinars attending product and sales training and participating in conferences and conventions.
The RAM optimizes business potential in the territory through effective collaboration analysis planning implementation and organization of work. Other duties include managing territory data through CRM and all other relevant territory management tools. There are additional administrative duties which include but are not limited to: recording daily calls with accounts expense management and shipment requests from clients. Performance is measured on success within territory and region based on plan as well as targeted promotions and other performance standards consistent with operating objectives.
The RAM will complete tasks in a manner fully consistent with our companys commitment to our Values and Standards policies procedures industry standards and all laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree Science degree is preferred Veterinary Technician Diploma is acceptable
Pharmaceutical sales or experience in the Animal Health Industry is an asset.
Experience in Small Animal Veterinary Practice is an asset
Thorough understanding of the Animal Health Industry and Veterinary Practice operation is an asset.
Proficiency in office technology and related software.
Strong oral communication skills.
Comfortable with new technologies.
Negotiation skills.
Languages: French both written and spoken. English is preferred for business with national and global stakeholders.
