Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead for will play a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects within the development team. This position is essential for providing technical guidance enhancing team capabilities and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives. The role demands expertise in and a strong commitment to best practices in software development ultimately driving project success and team productivity. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Fostering Their Skills In Building Dynamic User Interfaces And Enhancing Overall Team Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes For Applications Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices In Performance Optimization And Coding Standards.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews Evaluating Feasibility Studies Identifying Technical Risks And Contributing To Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope Objectives And Deliverables Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations Related To Projects.
5. Lead The Design And Implementation Of Reusable Components And Libraries In Optimizing Application Performance And Ensuring Modularity For Future Scalability.Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In With Advanced Proficiency In Building Single-Page Applications And Component-Driven Architecture.
2. Strong Understanding Of Web Services And Restful Apis To Integrate Front-End Applications With Back-End Systems.
3. Solid Experience With State Management Libraries Such As Redux Or Context Api In .
4. Familiarity With For Back-End Integration And Development Of Server-Side Applications.
5. Good Knowledge Of Html Css And Javascript For Creating Responsive And User-Friendly Interfaces.Certification
