WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your job as a JOB TITLE is one of the most exciting roles in the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of events from planning to on-ground coordination and post-event reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all event touchpoints.
Liaise with vendors partners and venues to ensure smooth logistics and timely execution.
Support the marketing team in creating campaign materials content calendars and promotional assets.
Assist in analyzing sales and campaign data to support reseller performance.
Coordinate with external agencies for content creation and social media execution.
Prepare clear reports and presentations to share insights and track success metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in event management communications marketing or a related field.
High proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience in planning and executing events or activations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and partners.
Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
Marketing or social media coordination experience is a bonus.
Previous experience in direct sales or social commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
Open-minded fast learner and able to thrive in a dynamic growing environment.
