Job Description

Top 3 Must-Haves
  1. Production Management Experience Has led daily output in a metrics-driven high-volume environment (call center clinical diagnostics IDTF etc.) Operational Focus Background rooted in performance management staffing efficiency workforce planning and quality outcomes (vs. purely clinical)
  2. Span of Control Managed 100 frontline hourly workers through layers of people leadership (e.g. managers supervisors)
  3. Experience working in regulated healthcare settings (IDTF cardiac monitoring lab services insurance call center healthcare services ops etc.) (not health system clinic etc)

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Lead coach and develop a large team of non-exempt clinical operations staff through a team of managers and supervisors
  • Own KPIs related to daily output quality efficiency SLA adherence and patient turnaround time
  • Drive workforce planning staffing optimization and capacity forecasting in partnership with HR and Commercial Ops
  • Implement tools and dashboards to increase operational visibility and performance accountability
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Training Quality Product and IT teams to improve workflow and support patient-first care delivery
  • Develop front-line leadership bench through structured coaching development plans and metrics-based performance management
  • Identify barriers to execution and lead operational improvement initiatives across shift-based environments
  • Ensure team alignment with regulatory and clinical standards supporting compliance and audit readiness

Preferred Background & Qualifications
  • 7 10 years of experience in clinical operations diagnostic services or service delivery
  • Proven experience leading large teams of hourly employees (100) in a real-time high volume production environment
  • Strong command of performance dashboards staffing models and process optimization tools
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare settings (IDTF cardiac monitoring lab services call center healthcare ops etc.)
  • Comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across departments
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma or workflow optimization a plus
  • Bachelor s degree required; clinical credential or healthcare ops training a plus
