Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager (Automotive) to join their team.

Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive unit sales and meet monthly quarterly and annual targets
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients fleet buyers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for management
  • Conduct regular training and coaching to improve product knowledge and selling skills within the sales team
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and showroom events that drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies processes and ethical standards in all sales activities
  • Oversee the management of vehicle stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data interpret market insights and make sound business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Marketing Sales or a related field
  • Proven track record in automotive sales with at least 5 years experience 2 of which should be in a managerial or supervisory role
