Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive unit sales and meet monthly quarterly and annual targets
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients fleet buyers and key stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for management
- Conduct regular training and coaching to improve product knowledge and selling skills within the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and showroom events that drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies processes and ethical standards in all sales activities
- Oversee the management of vehicle stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business Marketing Sales or a related field
- Proven track record in automotive sales with at least 5 years experience 2 of which should be in a managerial or supervisory role
