Job Description

REPLUG is a leading mobile app marketing agency helping apps scale through App Store Optimization Paid Acquisition Consulting and OEM/Performance-based advertising. We work with top brands and ambitious startups providing data-driven strategies hands-on expertise and a no-BS approach to growth.

Were looking for someone who knows how to close not just build decks network or talk about pipeline.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and own sales across all of our services: ASO Paid UA OEM/Performance Ads and Consulting (Strategic MMP etc...).

Weve grown fast mostly through inbound and founder-led sales. But now we need someone who can take over and push things further especially on outbound.

If youre coming from corporate with layers of support and SDRs feeding you leads: this isnt for you.

If youve sold app marketing or AdTech services and want to take full ownership of your pipeline: lets talk.

Tasks

  • Own deals from start to finish - inbound or outbound discovery to close.
  • Prioritize high-potential service lines and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Take charge of the outbound activities for all the services and manage inbound requests.
  • Take ownership of the business development strategy with the founders
  • Work with our content and marketing teams to build sharp relevant collateral.
  • Report directly to the founders. No layers. No politics.

Youll hate this role if you

  • Need someone else to build your pipeline.
  • Expect a team SDR or assistant from day one.
  • Dont like fast-moving sometimes messy environments.
  • Have never sold in the AdTech / mobile app space.

Youll love this role if you

  • Want to own your number.
  • Enjoy building something real not just following playbooks.
  • Prefer autonomy over micromanagement.
  • Like direct communication speed over process and closing over clout.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience selling AdTech or app growth services.
  • Proven track record closing deals not just building pipeline.
  • Past titles could include Senior AE Sales Lead or Head of Sales as long as you were hands-on.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing: attribution paid media growth loops etc.
  • Based in the EU and able to travel for industry events (EMEA MENA US).
  • Fluent in English. Other languages bonus.
