Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of JB & Cable Schedule Cable tray layouts Earthing layouts Panel JB.
- Preparation of BOM for Cable Cable trays glands etc.
- Experience with communication protocols like Modbus / Profibus.
- Control Panel design as per various standards.
- MCC / PDB Design including component selection Type 2 Chart Co-ordination.
- Preparation of Single Line Diagram Power & Control wiring for MCC / PDB.
- Preparation of Motor datasheet VFD Specifications.
- Knowledge of LT & HT Motors and review of motor vendor documents.
- Preparation of Service Diagrams and Earthing Layouts.
- Experience with VFD selection and programming.
- Design of starters like DOL Star Delta Soft Starter.
- Experience in wire harness design.
- Knowledge of equipment selection in hazardous areas.
Software Skills Required:
- Proficiency in EPLAN
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical
