Job Description
Construction Assistant Project Manager
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $60k-$80k
Konik is partnered with a growing curtainwall and glazing company who is adding an Assistant Project Manager for commercial projects
Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities
Ensure projects of all sizes are completed on time and on budget
Assist in analyzing curtainwall specifications to determine design qualifications
Assist in the drafting process with shop drawing reviews and submittals
Perform project close outs and assist Project Managers in project duties
Assistant Project Manager Requirements
Bachelors or Associate Degree (or equivalent technical training)
2 years of project management experience in curtainwall/glazing (will consider less for strong candidates).
Strong understanding of construction planning scheduling budgeting and contract administration.
Strong organizational skills
