The Project Manager will lead the planning coordination and execution of real estate development projects with a blend of high-rise mixed-use and landed developments. This role requires overseeing multiple projects concurrently managing consultants contractors and ensuring quality
cost time and compliance targets are met.
Specifically this position will focus in the following areas in order of priority:
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion;
Prepare and monitor master programs and key milestone schedules;
Manage approvals permits and statutory processes;
Ensure alignment with development goals and business strategy.
Cost Budget & Commercial Management:
Prepare development budget and monitor cost performance;
Work closely with quantity surveyors to manage cash flow variations and claims;
Provide early warning of cost overruns and mitigate financial risk.
Manage tender appointment and performance of consultants and contractors;
Oversee scope of services deliverables and contract administration;
Ensure clear responsibilities and lines of communication.
Identify project risk and develop mitigation strategies;
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks development controls and company policies;
Coordinate insurance authority engagement and risk registers.
Regularly update internal stakeholders including senior management;
Prepare progress reports dashboards and board-level presentations;
Ensure project decisions are well-documented and traceable.

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Built Environment Architecture Engineering Construction Management or other equivalents;
Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate development or construction management projects within management capacity
Proven experience in delivering high-rise or large-scale mixed-use development
Strong knowledge of local construction practices authority processes and procurement methods
Skills:
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Budget and contract management proficiency
Effective communicator across disciplines and seniority levels
Familiarity with project management software (Ms. Project etc.)
Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable building practices is a plus.

Working hours:
Up to 40-44 hours per week; primary work days are Monday to Friday with work outside of official hours will be required on occasions particularly for events where live shots and editing are required.
Location: Siem Reap & Phnom Penh.
Reports to: This position reports to the Senior Project Executive.
Direct Report: Project Team.
