A Client Account Representative serves as the main point of contact between clients and the company. This role ensures client satisfaction by managing accounts addressing concerns and maintaining long-term business relationships. At Style Netbox you will play a key role in supporting our clients growth while collaborating with our internal creative and strategy teams.
Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Manage client accounts monitor progress and ensure deliverables are met.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (design marketing strategy) to deliver exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to meet client needs.
Prepare and present regular account reports and updates.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
Proven experience in client account management customer service or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
