You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailManaging an assigned block of clients delivering consistent and proactive service
Hosting employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)
Educating plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
Responding to client inquiries via email phone or meetings with professionalism and care
Acting as a liaison between clients insurance carriers and internal teams
Building strong trusting relationships with new and existing clients
Collecting and processing documentation accurately and on time
Identifying and implementing solutions to maintain a high standard of service
Ensuring service standards are met and tracked regularly
Traveling to client sites including multi-day overnight trips (drivers license and reliable late-model vehicle required)
Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed
Experience in group insurance pension/retirement or a related field (preferred not required)
A passion for delivering excellent client service
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
