The ECMP is a one-year paid training program that blends mentored emergency training with specialty rotations to build your confidence and skills in high-quality emergency care. Upon successful completion of the programyoulltransition into a full Emergency Clinician role at your training hospital with salary plus production-based pay.

- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of your assigned hospital
- Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning
- Strong communicationand teamwork skills

- Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty familiar with your skills and professionalism
