Job Description
Locum Urologist Opportunity in Mishawaka IN
Saint Joseph is seeking a Urologist to assist with clinical coverage at a vibrant facility located in Mishawaka Indiana. This opportunity involves both clinic and call responsibilities providing care to adults in a supportive environment. With a focus on quality patient care the center operates daily from 7 AM to 5 PM and offers paid travel for those who meet the positions qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinic and call coverage operating from 7 AM to 5 PM and on night call from 5 PM to 7 AM.
- Start with sporadic dates with the potential for more consistent coverage over time.
- Responsible for general Urology procedures.
- Clinic patient load of approximately 2-5 patients per day.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 5 years of residency - Required
- Indiana medical license at the time of submission - Required
- Certification in Controlled Substance (CDS) and DEA Registration - Required
- ACLS Certification - Required
- Robotics training - Highly Preferred please indicate at the time of application.
- 25K conversion rate - Required
License and Certification Requirements
- Valid Indiana medical license
- Licensed to practice controlled substances in Indiana
- DEA registration with Indiana practice address
- Current ACLS certification
