Description for Production Labor:
- Operate machines that compress wood by-products into industrial bales.
- Manage compression chamber doors bagging and bale removal.
- Perform routine maintenance and learn standard equipment setups.
- Record bale weights and maintain daily production logs.
- Operate a forklift (or obtain certification) to move materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical problems on the floor.
Details for Production Labor:
- Pay Range:$17.50 $19.00 / hour (DOE).
- Priority Shift: Swing Shift 3:00 PM 11:30 PM.
- Location: Shelton WA.
Requirements for Production Labor:
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs and stand/move for long shifts.
- Comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment.
- Prior production or manufacturing experience required.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus!
