This Position reports to:
Service ManagerKey responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to actively shape our health safety and environmental standards through your on-site presence at our construction sites and locations in the Process Automation Energy Industries Division. Through targeted inspections clear communication and constructive collaboration with management you will promote a safe working environment. You will contribute your technical experience and strong sense of responsibility to identify risks early document deviations and consistently support measures to improve HSE performance. You will be in close communication with managers and employees thus directly contributing to the further development of our high safety culture.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Participating in the preparation and monitoring of training and risk assessments
Supporting accompanying and guiding incident investigations to improve risk mitigation as well as conducting visits and supplier audits at customer facilities
Communicating lessons learned and best practices to management and employees to promote safe and efficient working practices
Promoting positive behavior and the continuous maintenance and improvement of HSE performance by supporting the implementation execution maintenance and adaptation of group-wide local and business-specific programs regulations standards and laws
Supporting the compilation and preparation of HSE data for the preparation of reports and key performance indicators
Qualifications for the role
You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a technical background preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics. A completed training as an occupational safety and health specialist (SIFA) is an advantage.
You are proficient in MS Office tools and methods.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where health safety and environmental standards play a central role.
You have a good understanding of operational processes are solution-oriented and enjoy working directly with management.
You actively promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement and ensure compliance with the highest safety standards.
Professional experience in project management is an advantage.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
