Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative needed in San Antonio TX to support a local business in the downtown area to drive rental sales. Company laptop and cell phone will be provided with an auto allowance of $550 monthly.

Salary can go up to $70k depending on experience PLUS monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses!!!

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process to increase weekly rental sales for the organization by qualifying prospects.

• Conducting needs analysis meetings and facility tours.

• Analyzing sales opportunities.

• Preparing and presenting customized solutions proposals cost analyses and product samples.

• Handling objections and negotiating rental service agreements.

• Collecting credit applications and measuring employees.

• Completing all new account paperwork.

• Communicating installation details to the customer.

Territory Development

• Proactively generate new leads and build a pipeline within an assigned territory.

• Cold calling and visiting businesses to gather information and set appointments.

• Conducting phone outreach to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.

• Using tools such as the internet trade publications and industry associations to identify prospects.

Salesforce CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce including prospect contact account and opportunity details.

• Maintain notes from prospecting qualifying and selling activities.

• Maintain calendar and activity tracking.

Brand Representation

• Represent the organization professionally through effective sales techniques and marketing efforts.

• Exceptional customer service and relationship building

• Consistently modeling the values of the company

Additional Responsibilities:

• Attend and contribute to company department and team meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Valid drivers license clean driving record current insurance and a safe reliable vehicle.

• 2-3 years of previous experience working in an outside sales position.

• Must have previous experience working in the uniform industry.

• Strong sales skills including: Prospecting and qualifying leads identifying customer needs presenting solutions handling objections closing and negotiating deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Effective time and territory management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Salesforce.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Self-motivated honest and respectful.
