Outside Sales Representative needed in San Antonio TX to support a local business in the downtown area to drive rental sales. Company laptop and cell phone will be provided with an auto allowance of $550 monthly.
Salary can go up to $70k depending on experience PLUS monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses!!!
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the sales process to increase weekly rental sales for the organization by qualifying prospects.
Conducting needs analysis meetings and facility tours.
Analyzing sales opportunities.
Preparing and presenting customized solutions proposals cost analyses and product samples.
Handling objections and negotiating rental service agreements.
Collecting credit applications and measuring employees.
Completing all new account paperwork.
Communicating installation details to the customer.
Territory Development
Proactively generate new leads and build a pipeline within an assigned territory.
Cold calling and visiting businesses to gather information and set appointments.
Conducting phone outreach to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.
Using tools such as the internet trade publications and industry associations to identify prospects.
Salesforce CRM Management
Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce including prospect contact account and opportunity details.
Maintain notes from prospecting qualifying and selling activities.
Maintain calendar and activity tracking.
Brand Representation
Represent the organization professionally through effective sales techniques and marketing efforts.
Exceptional customer service and relationship building
Consistently modeling the values of the company
Additional Responsibilities:
Attend and contribute to company department and team meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Job Requirements:
Valid drivers license clean driving record current insurance and a safe reliable vehicle.
2-3 years of previous experience working in an outside sales position.
Must have previous experience working in the uniform industry.
Strong sales skills including: Prospecting and qualifying leads identifying customer needs presenting solutions handling objections closing and negotiating deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Effective time and territory management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated honest and respectful.
