This Position reports to:
Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications quality standards safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards.
In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Nashik India.
You will be mainly accountable for
Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality timely implementation within the targeted cost.
Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged tested installed and commissioned.
Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation best practices and lessons learned from past projects.

Qualifications for the role
You enjoy working with Design in the switchgear industry
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Design of Low Voltage Switchgear (MCC PCC PDP)
Highly adept in Eplan MNS Engineer & Autocad (electrical)
Experience in product design preparing and submitting drawings to customer attending KO call preparing BOM preparing as-built documentations. Preparing configuration - in MNS Engineer and EPlan Electric P8
Degree in Electrical engineering
You are at ease communicating with customers
