About the role:
- Draft review and negotiate major construction contracts including D&C EPC PPP O&M and consultancy agreements.
- Advise clients on risk allocation project structuring and delivery strategies for high-value developments.
- Work on large-scale commercial infrastructure and mixed-use projects that make headlines.
- Collaborate directly with industry-leading partners and senior lawyers gaining hands-on mentorship.
- Manage client relationships with blue-chip developers contractors and government bodies.
- Be involved in cutting-edge projects from inception to completion shaping the future skyline.
The ideal candidate:
- 4-8 years PQE in front-end construction law
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating major contracts (AS D&C EPC etc.)
- Commercially minded and confident building client relationships
- Ambitious detail-oriented and ready for high-profile work
