About your new employer:
- Our client is a unique specialist firm based in Sydney specialising in complex property construction and development matters.
- Founded by an industry leader and trusted advisor in the property and construction space the firm is known for advising major developers institutional investors corporate occupiers and high-net-worth clients on some of Sydneys most significant property deals.
About the role:
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of property and construction documents.
- Supporting large-scale developments infrastructure and property acquisition projects.
- Dealing directly with corporate-level clients.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-4 years PQE and strong experience in property real estate or construction law. Off the plan experience highly regarded.
- Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
