The AOC is seeking a Court Program Analyst for its Behavioral Health Program who will work specifically with courts of limited jurisdiction (CLJ) in the development implementation oversight and support of the AOCs CLJ Therapeutic Court Program. The CLJ Therapeutic Court Program was created through funding from the Washington State Legislature to help local courts of limited jurisdiction create and expand therapeutic courts statewide.
The Court Program Analyst position will focus on providing program and policy support to improve the courts of limited jurisdictions responses to behavioral health issues. This includes oversight and program coordination of the CLJ Therapeutic Court Program technical assistance to CLJ courts education resource development and collaboration with local courts and key stakeholders to improve behavioral health responses in courts and throughout our communities.
The Behavioral Health Program Court Program Analyst position resides within the Office of Court Innovation and will report to the Behavioral Health Program Supervisor. An understanding of behavioral health responses and a commitment to ensuring equitable outcomes in courts behavioral health responses and programs are required for this position.
This is a professional level job that works with minimal supervision and applies independent judgment within specified area of expertise. Work is periodically reviewed by the Behavioral Health Program Supervisor who provides direction and assistance on special assignments. This position may also receive direction from senior staff on some assignments.
