As Director Commercial AMRF you will be responsible for driving the commercial success and strategic growth of AMRF by identifying developing and securing business opportunities that leverage the facilitys advanced manufacturing capabilities.
You will lead as the primary architect of revenue generation strategies leading business development initiatives that connect innovative companies with the specialised services and expertise needed to transition their technologies from prototype to commercial-scale production. Most importantly youll contribute to a bold vision - one that creates lasting opportunity prosperity and sustainable growth for Western Sydney and beyond.

You are a commercially driven leader with deep experience in strategic business development across advanced or emerging technology sectors. Your expertise lies in identifying and securing high-value partnerships translating technical capabilities into scalable services and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You bring a strong track record in leading complex negotiations managing commercial lifecycles and aligning client needs with organisational objectives. Your financial acumen market insight and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments position you to deliver impactful outcomes in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
As a collaborative and influential executive you foster high-performing teams build enduring relationships across industry and government and champion innovation.
