This doesnt happen without our awesome people! We are looking for an Specialist Category & Commercial to join our growing business!
Whats on the menu for you to do
- Data Analysis: Use sales data market trends and customer insights to assist in category performance analysis. Monitor key metrics such as sales margin and inventory turnover.
- Assortment Planning: Help identify and evaluate potential new products to expand our offerings. Support the Category Manager in managing the product lifecycle including product discontinuation.
- Pricing & Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies. Help execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Supplier Relations: Work with suppliers to ensure product availability negotiate terms and manage promotional calendars.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and consumer behavior.

- Can connect the dots (not robotic-they need to know how to think and assess)
Necessary Hard Skills:
- Must know how to use Gsuite and MS Office
- Must know how to use meeting apps like: Google Meet Zoom
