As a Hire Controller at a leading equipment rental provider youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers building strong relationships and supporting them through the entire hire journey from initial enquiry to off-hire and feedback. Your focus will be on understanding the customers needs offering solutions upselling when appropriate and ensuring a smooth and professional service every time.
