As part of our commitment to transforming pediatric mental health care Childrens Mercy is proud to expand services through theIlluminate are thrilled to open our Partial Hospitalization Program and are seeking a compassionate masters-level clinician to join our founding this role you will provide evidence-based individual group and caregiver-focused therapy to children and adolescents participating in the PHP. Youll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical psychologists psychiatrists nurses behavioral health technicians and behavioral health care coordinators to deliver comprehensive person-centered care.

Childrens Mercy Department of Social Work Child and Family Mental Health Services provides programing which supports families through evidence-based clinical services. Our mental health services are provided for a broad range of patients and families including children in mental health crisis parents struggling with childs behavioral problems children and families who have been impacted by trauma and children at risk for abuse and neglect. The age range for patients to receive services is as young as 2 and up to 18 or older within the emergency department should there be a need. Goals of treatment may include safety planning crisis stabilization skill development enhanced resiliency social integration improved ability of parents to support their child improved communication and parenting skills. Our specially trained master level licensed clinicians are embedded throughout the hospital system within specialty clinics ambulatory clinics inpatient units and emergency departments.

• Child and Family Therapy Service Provision and Documentation: The Child and Family Mental Health Provider will provide evidence based mental health treatments to patients and families within the clinical area they are assigned.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $31.15/hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
