Position Summary
We are seeking a Health and Wellness Travel Advisor to join our remote this role you will assist clients with planning booking and managing wellness-focused travel experiences. From spa retreats to cultural wellness tours you will play a key role in ensuring clients have seamless enriching journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their wellness travel goals and preferences.
Research and recommend retreats resorts tours and wellness packages that meet client needs.
Coordinate reservations bookings and special requests with travel partners.
Provide accurate information on pricing availability and destination details.
Stay informed about wellness travel trends seasonal promotions and new experiences.
Maintain organized records of client bookings preferences and communication using CRM tools.
Deliver professional timely support before and during clients travels.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities.
Comfortable using booking systems CRM tools and digital communication.
Previous experience in travel hospitality or wellness services preferred but not required.
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Reliable internet connection and remote workspace.
