The iconic and fabulous Wickham Hotel is on the lookout for an experienced entertainment-focused Venue Manager to lead our vibrant team and take our venue to the next level.
Were seeking a passionate leader who thrives on building community delivering memorable activations fostering strong relationships with DJs and promoters celebrating a great drag show and developing a talented engaged team.
As Venue Manager youll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced venue. Were in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues adept at team leadership and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.
We are offering:
- Generous Salary $100000 - $110000 Super
- KPI Bonus - $44000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
- Minimum two years of experience in a Venue Manager role
- Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
- Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
