Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead with purpose Were looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our Respite and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) program in a permanent part-time capacity.

About the Role:
As the Team Leader you will play a vital role in supporting both our Respite and MTA participants ensuring they receive consistent person-centred care in a safe engaging and supportive environment. Youll lead a dedicated team provide hands-on support and help shape a service thats as unique and vibrant as the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Working a flexible roster including day supports sleepovers and weekend shifts
Supporting participants during short stays and important transitions into MTA accommodation
Leading and mentoring a passionate team of support workers
Designing and implementing themed weeks within the respite program (movie nights cultural celebrations cooking challenges and more)
Coordinating care plans documentation and participant goals
Collaborating with families stakeholders and your service coordination team
