Job Description:
As a Rheumatologist at Blanchard Valley Health System your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
- Creating a personalized schedule: choose between part-time full-time or week on/week off
- Selecting your own patient mix and age group
- Collaborating with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties
- Participating in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
- Working alongside experienced staff with strong care team model support
- Enjoying full practice autonomy while influencing practice direction and improvements
- Using Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
- Leveraging Mayo Clinic eConsults eBoards and AskMayoExpert
- Benefiting from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive and rewarding compensation package including:
- Base salary of $300000/year for 40 hours per week with additional wRVU productivity bonus potential (total compensation up to $500000/year)
- $50000 signing bonus
