Job Description
Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula OH is hiring a Perm Hematology/Oncology Physician! ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.
Job Description
- 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
- 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
- Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 10 days per month
- Outpatient Practice Setting
- 50% adult population of patients 50% geriatric population of patients
- 25% Hematology 75% Oncology
- 2 Physicians in Practice
- EMR - EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Not accepting Locums submissions
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed at interview.
- Sign on bonus (negotiable)
- Relocation allowance if applicable
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology - REQUIRED
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Oncology - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED * no exemptions
- State experience with procedures (add to Experience field): Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters FNA/Biopsy Chemotherapy - Intrathecal Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal etc. - REQUIRED
- State experience with duties (add to Experience field): Participation on a Tumor Board Blood Bank Orders Tests Orders Images Prescribes - REQUIRED
- Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED
