Job Description
- Understanding of fabric behaviour with nylon spandex polyesterblends
- Experience working with precise measurementsand applying quality control
- Familiarity with finishing techniquesand garment construction
- Solid grasp of pattern making principles
- Ability to create and adjust patternsfrom sketches or CAD
- Strong skills in reading technical specificationsand measurement charts
- Experience working with knit structuresis a major advantage
- Hands-on experience with flat knitting circular knitting sewing embroidery etc.
- Comfort using basic tools and measurements
- Understanding of machine programming(or willingness to learn)
- Enjoyment of digital pattern makingand technical programs
- Strong math skillsfor accurate calculations
- Problem-solverwith the ability to work under pressure
- Patient and persistent with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skillsto work across teams (Design Production QA)
- Willingness and ability to learn machine operations and settings
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new machines or technical processes
- Background in technical training apprenticeships or certifications
- Familiarity with Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and basic computer software
