About the Role
We are looking for a world-class Paid Social Ads Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing.
This role is all about creating high performing static ads for paid channels including Meta X LinkedIn Google Display and other platforms. You will own the creative process from concept through execution: ideation copy design and crafting irresistible offers that convert.

Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy: Partner with growth and marketing teams to understand campaign goals audiences and offers. Translate this into thumb stopping static ad concepts that align with brand voice but push creative boundaries.
- Ad and Concept Development: Design and deliver high-performing static ads across multiple paid channels ensuring creative is platform-native and performance-optimized.
- Copywriting: Write sharp compelling ad copy that pairs with your visuals and drives conversions.
- Testing & Iteration: Develop creative variations A/B test angles and use performance data to refine and improve output.
- Offer Positioning: Craft and present ideas for irresistible offers and hooks that increase click-through and conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with performance marketers media buyers and product marketers to align creative execution with strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record designing high-performing paid social ads for direct-to-consumer or performance-driven brands.
- Exceptional design skills with mastery of Photoshop Illustrator Figma Canva or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting ability able to craft headlines CTAs and ad text that persuade.
- Deep understanding of the unique creative requirements of each major paid platform.
- Obsessed with performance and comfortable using data to inform creative direction.
- Highly conceptual with the ability to generate a constant flow of fresh ideas hooks and frameworks.
- Portfolio that demonstrates world-class static ad creative across multiple channels.
