Job Description
Hire Resolves Client a reputable mining company in Gauteng is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their mining team.
:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Bachelors degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management.
At least 6 years of experience in human resources including a minimum of 3 years within the mining sector.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with strong active listening abilities.
Proven experience in business planning and effective management practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
