YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
Plancraft is exploring one of Europes most exciting contractor markets Spain and were looking for aBusiness Development Manager (f/m/d) to help us shape and drive this expansion from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take real ownership and actively build a new market alongside our team. Youll play a key role in validating market potential creating scalable go-to-market strategies and laying the foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our entry into the Spanish market: You will be responsible for establishing plancraft in Spain from the ground up identifying opportunities and closing the first customers.
  • Execute and validate go-to-market strategies tailored to Spain driving initial market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and revenue operations team to generate the first inbound leads and showcase plancraft to interested prospects through online demos.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local partners and contractors to create a network of advocates for plancraft.
  • Understand the needs of Spanish contractors: Gather insights and feedback to ensure our software addresses the unique challenges of the Spanish market.
  • Stay on top of market trends competitors and developments to continuously adjust our approach.
  • Report insights and progress regularly to the leadership team shaping the future of plancrafts expansion in Spain.

Salary: For this position we offer a gross annual salary between 40000 and 60000 depending on your previous experience and especially where you are located e.g. in Germany or Spain as salaries are adjusted to local cost of living.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves

  • 2 years in fast-paced environments (Tech SaaS VC or Consulting).
  • Business degree (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Passion for making a difference in the trade/construction sector.
  • Youre curious to explore how AI can support your work and eager to grow your skills with our support.
  • Readiness to travel across Spain to build relationships with customers and partners and gain general insights into the trades market.
  • Spanish and English on C1/C2 level.
  • Located or willing to relocate to Hamburg Berlin Madrid or Barcelona.*

*Were excited if you enjoy working onsite with the team in our Hamburg HQ. At the same time were flexible: this role can also be based in Spain preferably in Barcelona or Madrid where we plan to establish a new hub in the future.


Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the trade or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and saleschannels ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in SaaS sales or related industries with a track record of successful market entry or business development.
