- Take ownership of driving commercial growth in Austria by expanding our footprint in the e-mobility ecosystem.
- Position vaylens backend platform as a key enabler for efficient and scalable operation of EV charging infrastructure across various sectors.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends customer needs and regulatory developments within the Austrian e-mobility landscape.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders public and private infrastructure operators and strategic partners.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development upselling and expansion into new use cases and customer segments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management escalation handling and solution alignment.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) keeping all activities and touchpoints well-documented.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing Customer Success and Finance to deliver tailored solutions and customer value in Austria.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Business Informatics or a comparable discipline.
- 35 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS e-mobility energy or infrastructure-related industries.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with enterprise or public-sector clients.
- Deep understanding of the Austrian market and its business culture ideally with an existing network in relevant sectors.
- Strong organizational skills independence and a proactive hands-on approach to driving business.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset when it comes to sales prioritization and forecasting.
- Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Based in Austria and willing to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
